The new Co-SFSC Policy Briefs highlight how governance approaches, business models, and collaborative practices can support the transformation towards more sustainable food systems across diverse regional contexts. Drawing on transdisciplinary research from international hubs, the briefs explore barriers, enabling conditions, and innovative solutions for sustainable food supply chains.

By combining practical experiences with comparative analysis, the Policy Briefs provide insights into how cooperation, governance innovations, and stakeholder collaboration can improve sustainability outcomes and inform policy development at local, regional, and national levels.
