Freiburg Hub Update: KoWerk Training Program Concludes
The research team from the University of Freiburg has successfully completed “KoWerk,” a specialized training program designed to help people build and manage cooperative businesses within the food system.
The KoWerk program provided practitioners and stakeholders with the practical tools and knowledge needed to launch and run cooperative models over a 10-week business training program. By connecting academic research with real-world application, the program focused on the social and organizational skills required for democratic and sustainable entrepreneurship.
